Pen Needle

A pen needle is a sterile, disposable needle unit engineered to attach to injection pen devices for subcutaneous administration. Pen needles consist of a hub that attaches to the pen tip, a needle cannula, and protective caps that maintain sterility until use. They are available in different gauges (29G to 32G for peptide pens) and lengths (4mm to 8mm for subcutaneous injection). Thinner, shorter needles generally provide a more comfortable experience while ensuring proper subcutaneous delivery. Each pen needle is used once and disposed of in a sharps container.
